ClickVidsPrivacy Policy
ClickVids is a video production platform run by Click (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use ClickVids at vids.madebyclick.co, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information from Google. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, YouTube or any other Google data.
- Workspace information. The workspaces you belong to, your role, invitations, and access requests you send.
- Content you provide. Scripts, voiceovers, footage, video projects, edits and feedback you create or upload.
- Usage and security records. The videos you start and finish, processing time, and a log of account and admin actions (for example sign-ins, invitations and role changes), including IP address and browser type.
- Session storage. We keep your sign-in session in your browser’s local storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To sign you in, keep your account secure and show each workspace only its own projects.
- To produce, edit and render the videos you request.
- To measure usage per workspace for capacity limits and billing.
- To prevent abuse, investigate problems and keep an audit trail of sensitive actions.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Google user data
ClickVids only uses the basic profile information (name, email and picture) that Google provides at sign-in, and only to identify you inside ClickVids. ClickVids’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run ClickVids. They process data only on our behalf:
- Google (sign-in) and Supabase (authentication).
- Cloudflare (website hosting and file storage) and Railway (application servers).
- RunPod and Amazon Web Services (video processing and rendering).
- AI model providers, accessed through OpenRouter, to analyze scripts and select footage.
Sharing
Your projects are visible to members of your workspace and to Click staff who operate the service. We share information outside Click only with the providers above, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and of Click.
Retention
We keep account and workspace information while your account is active. Content is kept until it is deleted by your workspace or the service ends. Security records are kept as long as needed to protect the service and resolve disputes. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information within 30 days, unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or close your account by writing to click.studio.stats@gmail.com. You can also remove ClickVids’ access to your Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Security
Connections are encrypted, sign-in goes through Google, administrators must use two-step verification, and each workspace can only reach its own data.
Children
ClickVids is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 16.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, when appropriate, notify workspace owners.
